1General terms

GRADUSI 25°C is an online store for home and heating appliances and a technical service center. By placing an order or contacting us you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2Ordering

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or phone. Before completing the order our operator confirms product availability, the final price and the delivery terms.

3Prices

Prices are shown in Georgian Lari (₾) and include VAT. Prices and stock may change; the final price of a product is confirmed with the operator at the time of ordering.

4Payment

Payment can be made in cash or by card on delivery, as well as by bank transfer.

5Delivery

• Tbilisi (heavy appliances): delivery is free and is carried out within 24 hours.
• Delivery is made only up to the entrance of the building.
• Regions: delivery is paid and takes 3 to 7 working days.
• Before delivery, the courier or operator will contact you via WhatsApp or phone.

6Warranty

Products carry an official warranty depending on the brand, as specified on the warranty card.

• Warranty is serviced only by the company or service group indicated by the hotline number on the warranty card.
• If the customer cannot reach the hotline, they may alternatively contact the store.
• The warranty does not apply to equipment installed by a non-specialist.
• The warranty does not apply to an incorrectly installed item that may cause damage during operation or violate safety norms.

7Installation & repair warranty

The customer receives a warranty on both installation and repair — the exact period depends on the type of product.

For heating system repairs, if a part is replaced, the replaced part carries a 3-month warranty — provided the part was not damaged by the customer through mechanical impact or non-standard utility supply (electricity, gas, water).

8Returns & exchange

• In case of a defect or fault, the item is replaced if it meets the warranty conditions.
• Returns are made within 14 working days of purchase.
• For heavy appliances, the item will not be replaced if installation was performed by a non-specialist or if the item was mounted incorrectly during installation.
• The item will not be replaced if the fault is resolved instantly and easily and the item has not lost its original (new) condition.
• Return transportation costs are covered by the party at fault for the damage. If the damage is discovered immediately upon opening the packaging, the cost is covered by the store.

9Personal data

Your personal data (name, phone, address) is used only to process and deliver your order. The data is not shared with third parties, except where necessary to provide delivery.
